On the impact on tourism tsunami

December 26, 2004 was a beautiful sunny day. Are there beaches vacationers throughout Asia not a source of great concern worldwide. Certainly, no one expected the devastation was about to unfold. A tsunami hit the drift down in history as the earthquake the most devastating that killed over two hundred thousand people. The coast of South Asia has been building popular with Europeans, when it happened, for understandable reasons tourist, even after this, but not for long.

Some of the most popular sites that have been affected more holidays in Sri Lanka, South India, Thailand and Indonesia. After the tsunami most sites are planning events or ideas to bring tourism back. They were able to be affected by the travel industry and wanted to make sure it did not last long.

Sri Lanka came one of the places most affected by the idea they called "Io Vado Sri Lanka." It was what they did to get a group together for more than two hundred seventy people consists of Italian media, tour operators, retailers and they visited the island. Visited sites all have an interest in the island.

The idea was that the Italian media to share their experiences on the island and encourage people to visit is at the same time. When the tsunami hit South Asia has billions of dollars in the tourism industry. Immediately after the tsunami, the government has encouraged tourists to stay away from affected areas.

Fortunately the travel industry will not for it. They worked hard to recover from the tsunami visitors. Shortly after the tsunami intensified Association of Southeast Asia in marketing to win back tourists. Started to encourage the government to ensure that travelers were an isolated incident tsunami, which is not the case. There was one good thing that came out of this tragedy. With all the media coverage of the tsunami and more people become aware of the perfect holiday destinations.

Another thing is the travel industry and to continue to do so gives advisory updates. They aged sources necessary for the conditions and improvements to these destinations and encourage people to visit. Giving updates which will return 100% of tourism on the beautiful coastline of South Asia.

Fortunately for tourists the world began to realize that the tsunami of this size are rare, which happens once every hundred years, maybe they do not let it scare enjoy a little bit of paradise.
